Receta Marinated Lemon Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Greek virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 8 lrg Chicken breasts (skin & bones removed)
- 6 x Garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 x Lemons, juiced
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh oregano, minced
- 1/8 tsp White pepper
- 4 ounce Feta cheese, cut in 8 slices
Direcciones
- In a large pan place the extra virgin olive oil. Add in the chicken breasts and coat them well with the oil.
- Spread the garlic on both sides of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the lemon juice over the chicken.
- Sprinkle on the oregano and white pepper.
- Cover the pan and place it in the refrigerator. Marinate the chicken for 24 hrs.
- Charbroil the chicken for 5 to 6 min on each side, or possibly till it is done.
- Brush the chicken with the marinade the entire time which you are cooking it.
- Place the broiled chicken on a large serving platter. Put a piece of feta cheese on top of each chicken breast.
