Receta Marinated Skirt Steak Fajitas

Ingredientes
- Juice of one lime
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 x Garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 x Jalapeno pepper seeded
- 1/4 c. Cilantro leaves
- 1 lb Trimmed skirt steak Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 12 x Flour tortillas - (7 " dia) warmed Salsa Lowfat sour cream Sliced red onions Lime wedges
Direcciones
- In a food processor or possibly blender combine the lime juice, oil, garlic, cumin, jalapeno and cilantro leaves and process till pureed. Alternatively, combine the lime juice and oil in a bowl. Finely chop together the garlic, cumin, jalapeno and cilantro and whisk into the juice and oil mix. Pour the mix over the steak and allow to marinate for 30 min.
- Preheat charcoal grill or possibly stovetop grill pan. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Grill the steak for 2 to 3 min per side or possibly till cooked to desired degree of doneness. Transfer the steak to a cutting surface and allow to stand for 5 to 8 min. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices or possibly chop into 1/2-inch pcs. Serve immediately with hot tortillas and accompaniments.
