Receta Mary's Fruit Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. lard
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. cut up apples
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 pound dates
- 2 c. fruit cake mix
- 1 bottle cherries
- 1 c. nuts
- 4 c. flour, sifted with 2 teaspoon soda
Direcciones
- Bring to boiling point the following: raisins, water, lard, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Then add in apples. Cook till apples are done. Add in remaining ingredients. Line 3 bread pans with wax paper. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
