Receta Sweet Warm Polenta With Mascarpone Cheese And Maple Syrup

Ingredientes
- 1 x recipe soft Basic Polenta (see accompanying recipe)
- 3 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
- 1/2 c. Mascarpone cheese
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Direcciones
- Prepare Basic Polenta to soft stage as directed in accompanying recipe (cook for 10 min); remove pan from the heat. Stir in the brown sugar, butter, spices and raisins, if you like. Let cold slightly. Spoon the mix into 6 to 8 dessert dishes. Top each with mascarpone cheese and drizzle with maple syrup
