Receta Mashed Sweet Potatoes With Freshcranberries

Ingredientes
- 3 cans sweet potatoes
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. fresh whole cranberries
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. juice from sweet potatoes
- Dash of cinnamon

- Put together in medium saucepan brown sugar and butter and juice of sweet potatoes. Cook till butter melts. Add in cranberries; stir into mix. Cook till cranberries pop and juice turns red; stir in cinnamon.While above is cooking, mash potatoes with fork in a flat pan or possibly dish. When sauce is ready, pour over potatoes and mix with spoon.
- Grease casserole dish and transfer potatoes. Dot with butter and bake at 375 degrees till mix bubbles, around 20-30 min.
