Ingredientes
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Hot water
- 1 1/4 c. Matza meal (the coarse kind)
- 1 Tbsp. Potato starch
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 x Onion
- 1/2 kg Minced meat Season to taste
Direcciones
- Dough: mix all ingredients. season to taste. freeze for one hour till slightly hard.
- Filling: sautee one onion with 1/2 kilo minced meat. season to taste
- make flat circles of dough about 6 centimeters in diameter. fill with meat mix and fold. Healthy pinch ends (so it is shaped like an American football).
- Deep fry till brown
