Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Warm lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Matza meal
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- Â Â Oil - for frying
Direcciones
- Heat the lowfat milk and pour on matza meal. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Add in the Large eggs to mix along with the salt and sugar.
- Fry in oil.
- This can be served with a puree of strawberries and sugar. We like to eat this with cheese.
