  • 3/4 c. Warm lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Matza meal
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  •     Oil - for frying

  1. Heat the lowfat milk and pour on matza meal. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Add in the Large eggs to mix along with the salt and sugar.
  2. Fry in oil.
  3. This can be served with a puree of strawberries and sugar. We like to eat this with cheese.
