Ingredientes
- Chicken or possibly turkey carcass (or possibly other meat scraps, whatever you have, wings, necks)
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 c. flour (half white & half whole wheat)
Direcciones
- Meat: Boil meat and bones till meat falls off. Pick meat off bones. Put it back in water it was cooked in. (When boiling, I add in chicken or possibly beef soup base and/or possibly poultry seasoning to taste.)
- Noodles: Mix flour and salt. Make a well in center. Add in egg. Add in water gradually to make stiff dough. Knead on floured surface to mix well. Roll out and let stand 1/2 hour or possibly so. Cut in slices and drop into pot of boiling meat and stock. Cook for 20-50 min or possibly till done.
