Receta Meatloaf For Large Families

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 c. quick Quaker oats
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 onion or possibly 1 tbsp. onion pwdr
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- Lowfat milk
- 1 green pepper, minced (optional)
- 1 or possibly 2 c. tomato sauce (optional)
- 1 can mushroom pcs (optional)
Direcciones
- Mix beef, oats, Large eggs, poultry seasoning, onion, garlic and oregano in large bowl. Add in small amounts of lowfat milk while mixing till moist. Don't add in too much lowfat milk. Add in any optional ingredients desired and mix well.
- Using clean hands, knead the mix thoroughly. Pour into meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 min. Before removing from oven, check for doneness by making sure sides have pulled away from the pan. Serves 6-8.
