- 2 c. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 c. Minced Canned Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Finely Minced Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Finely Minced Jalapeno Peppers

- Serve as a dip with corn chips.

- Substitute Monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers; omit jalapeno peppers.
