Receta Mexican Breakfast Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd sausage
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 5 T lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. med. salsa
- 8 ounce Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Saute sausage, onions, mushrooms with salt and pepper. Drain well. Put together large eggs and lowfat sour cream in blender for 2 min. Pour egg mix into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees till large eggs are set in the center, 2-10 min.Spoon salsa over large eggs, then top with sausage mix. Layer cheeses, Velveeta, Mozzarella, Cheddar. Bake uncovered for 40-45 min at 300 degrees. Let stand for 10 min.
