Ingredientes
- 13 lbs. hamburger, browned
- 1/2 pound suet
- 2 ounce. unsweetened cooking chocolate
- 3 ounce. salt
- 3 ounce. chili pwdr
- 2 quarts. tomato puree
- 1 pound minced onion
- Water to make 12 1/2 quart. volume
- 6 ounce. flour
Direcciones
- Simmer three hrs. Add in 6 ounces flour made into paste and continue cooking till flour has had time to cook. Serves about 50 people. Good to make up and put in freezer.
