Ingredientes
- 1 pound turbot
- 2 c. salsa
- 4 T orange juice
- 4 T honey
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1/2 c. bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 T butter
Direcciones
- Brown onions, peppers and garlic. Remove from pan. Brown fish on both sides. Add in salsa, juice, honey, onion, peppers and garlic. Simmer till completely done.
