Receta Mexican Ground Beef

Ingredientes
- 6 slc Bacon
- 1 c. Onions, minced
- 1/2 c. Green pepper, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1 can (28 ounce.) tomatoes, minced with juice Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 c. Kernel corn
- 1 c. Kidney beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 2 c. Potatoes, peeled and diced
Direcciones
- Fry bacon till crisp. Drain and set aside. Saute/fry onion, green pepper, and garlic in bacon drippings. Add in grnd beef and cook till browned.
- Lower heat and add in tomatoes and juice, salt, pepper, chili pwdr, corn, beans, and potatoes. Cook 45 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. When ready to serve, crumble bacon over top.
- Yield: 6 servings
