- 4-5 diced tomatoes
- 2 cans minced black olives
- 2 sm. cans diced green chiles
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- Salsa to taste
- Green onions, minced, to taste

- Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerateto combine flavors. Serve with tortilla chips or possibly use as a relish on quesadillas or possibly other mild Mexican foods.
