Receta Microwave Salmon Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 2 cans (16 ounce.) salmon, liquid removed
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. minced onions (optional)
Direcciones
- Beat egg slightly. Mix with lowfat milk, butter, bread cubes, salt, pepper and parsley. Fold in salmon and onions; blend well.
- Pack firmly in greased ring mold. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high 9 to 11 1/2 min. Let stand 10 min before serving.
