Receta Mike's Legendary Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lowfat milk and 1 teaspoon rum extract Or possibly
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 very ripe bananas (med. to lg. or possibly 3 sm.)
- 3/4 to 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Beat sugar and butter together well. Add in the Large eggs, lowfat milk and rum extract while blending. Add in one banana and gradually beat in about half of the flour. Add in the other banana and gradually the rest of the flour. Beat till smooth, then mix in chocolate chips as desired. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Check with a toothpick for doneness (if it comes out clean, the bread comes out too cold!) Let cold in pan for about 5 - 10 min, turn out and cover with a towel while it cools. It tastes better the older it gets (to a point) !
