- 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Shortening
- 2 x Large eggs well beaten
- 3 c. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 c. Rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Molasses
- 1 1/4 c. Mince-meat
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar. Add in Large eggs, molasses, lowfat milk, water, and mince-meat. Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt and baking pwdr. Add in rolled oats. Combine with first mix. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in warm oven (410 F) 15-20 min. 45 servings.
