Ingredientes
- 2 x Chicken breasts, bone and skin on
- 3 c. Chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Black peppercorns
- Â Â Salt if needed
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Grated orange rind
- 1 Tbsp. Grated Granny Smith Apple
- 2 Tbsp. Chicken broth
Direcciones
- Cook breasts in broth with spices. Refrigeratein broth. Remove chicken from broth,throw away skin and bones. Dice or possibly shred breasts. Stir with sauce.
