Receta Mixed Greens/Mandarin Orange Salad
Ingredientes
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn
- 1/2 bag spinach, thick stems removed
- 1 sm. head Boston lettuce
- 2 c. celery, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 6 scallions, minced
- 2 c. mandarin oranges, liquid removed and chilled
- 3/4 c. toasted sliced almonds
Direcciones
- Toss everything up to and including scallions in large bowl. Can be prepared ahead at this point. Just before serving, add in oranges and almonds. Toss with dressing and serve. Serves 6-8.
