Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. peeled elephant garlic cloves
  • 1/2 lrg onion
  • 4 x bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 c. fresh lime juice (2 to 3 limes)
  • 1 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Puree garlic, onion, bay leaves, oregano, sugar, salt, vinegar, Tabasco sauce and lime juice in a food processor. Add in extra virgin olive oil slowly through feed tube with food processor still running. Chill sauce.
