Receta Molasses Donuts

Ingredientes
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. molasses
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk or possibly water
Direcciones
- Stir together 4 1/2 c. of flour, baking soda, baking pwdr, cinnamon, salt and ginger; set aside. In large bowl blend well molasses and sugar with wooden spoon beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mix, lowfat milk/water and butter till smooth. Cover, refrigeratefor several hrs.
- Turn out on floured surface, work in more flour till not sticky. Roll out, cut with donut cutter. Fry in large fry pan, both sides, drain on paper towels. Roll in powdered sugar or possibly sugar/cinnamon.
