  1. Sift all dry ingredients together.
  2. Beat butter & both sugars until light & fluffy.
  3. Add molasses & ginger.
  4. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Add vanilla.
  6. Add dries in 3 batches.
  7. Refrigerate 30 minutes - 1 hour.
  8. Scoop & roll in sugar. Press slightly flat. Cookies will spread out. Don’t press too flat or they will be crispy.
  9. Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes or until center is set.
