Ingredientes
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Â Â Pepper
- 1 c. Baby shrimp
- 6 x Bread rusks
- 1 c. Warm MORNAY
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350. Mix Large eggs with cream & seasonings. Blend in baby shrimp. Lightly grease six 4 ounce molds. Fill with egg mix. Place molds in water bath. Bake 25 min. Unmold onto rusks. Cover with sauce & serve.
