Receta Mom's Fast Chili

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 med Onion, minced (=Or possibly=)
- 2 Tbsp. Instand chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr (or possibly to taste)
- 2Â 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 can Crushed tomatoes with added
- Â Â Puree (28 ounce)
- 1 can Chili beans (kidney)
- 1 can Tomato paste (6 ounce)
Direcciones
- Directions: 1. In a large 4 quart dutch oven or possibly large saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring often to break up meat, till lightly browned, 5 - 10 min. Drain off any excess fat. 2. Stir in all other ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium low and simmmer, uncovered for 10-15 min.
