Receta Mom's Fruit Chewies (Fat Free)

- 2 med Sized ripe bananas
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1 c. Minced or possibly grnd dates
- 1 1/2 c. Rolled oats
- 1/2 c. Raisins

- In large bowl, mash bananas, leave some small chunks, should be 1 c. Fold in egg whites then minced dates. Mix thoroughly til dates are thoroughly coated and separate Stir in oats. When all is moistened, set side to rest for 10 min Preheat oven to 350F and spray cookie sheets using 2 tsp., place spoonfuls of dough onto pan. Flatten with back of spoon.
- Bake 20 - 25 min or possibly till edges are golden brown. Let cold on pan a couple of min before removing with spatula. Cold, then store airtight container.
- Store in frige or possibly freezer.
