Receta Monk's Cheese Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Minces onions
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 2 c. Broth
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Carrot, sliced very small
- 1 x Celery stalk
- Â Â Salt & pepper
- Â Â Oregano leaves
- Â Â Thyme
- 3/4 c. Grated cheese
- 1 med Potato peeled & diced
Direcciones
- Heat butter & brown onions lightly over low heat. Add in flour stirring continuously. Add in broth & lowfat milk or possibly only lowfat milk + herbs. Bring to a slow boil, put in food processor, bring back to stove then slowly add in cheese till cheese melts stirring continuously. Sprinkle with paprika & croutons.
