Ingredientes
- 1 2/3 cups mashed rip bananas (about 5 bananas)
- 3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups white whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Heat the oven to 350 F
- Line a 15 x 10 inch baking pan with nonstick foil
- Allow the foil to extend about 2 inches above the pan at both ends
- Whisk the mashed bananas, sugar, oil, milk, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until mixed thoroughly.
- Whisk in the flour just until blended
- Gently stiring 1/2 cup of the mini chocolate chips
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on the top
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack
- Holding the foil by the ends, lift from the pan onto a cutting board
- Carefully cut lengthwise into 4 strips
- Cut each strip in 10
- Remove the foil
