  1. Heat the oven to 350 F
  2. Line a 15 x 10 inch baking pan with nonstick foil
  3. Allow the foil to extend about 2 inches above the pan at both ends
  4. Whisk the mashed bananas, sugar, oil, milk, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until mixed thoroughly.
  5. Whisk in the flour just until blended
  6. Gently stiring 1/2 cup of the mini chocolate chips
  7. Spread the batter into the prepared pan
  8. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on the top
  9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  10. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack
  11. Holding the foil by the ends, lift from the pan onto a cutting board
  12. Carefully cut lengthwise into 4 strips
  13. Cut each strip in 10
  14. Remove the foil
