Receta Monte Christo Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Rice Krispies, * see note
- 4 slc Ham
- 4 slc Swiss cheese
- 8 slc Bread, ** see note
- 3 lrg Large eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted

- **note: I prefer Pepperidge Farm sandwich bread.
- Pre-heat oven to 450 deg.F. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese between two slices of bread and cut diagonally. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and salt in a shallow pan. Dip sandwiches in this mix turniong once. Coat proportionately with crushed cereal. Place on a well greased baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake @ 450 deg. F. about 10 min or possibly till crisp and lightly browned. Traditionally served with strawberries and lowfat sour cream.
- Serving Ideas : Makes a good brunch with broccoli soup
- NOTES : Serves 8 easily if used in a full menu.
