Receta Mr Food's Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1/2 c. Sesame seeds
- 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, in 1/2" chunks
- 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. White vinegar
- 1 head Napa cabbage, in bite-size pcs
- 1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over Medium heat. Saute/fry sesame seeds and garlic 2-3 min, or possibly till sesame seeds are golden brown. Add in chicken, vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook 4-5 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile, place cabbage, snow peas and mandarin oranges in a large bowl or possibly on a serving platter. Top with the chicken mix nad toss till well coated. Serve immediately.
