  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. 1 stick butter, at room temperature
  • 2 1/4 c. Sugar, divided
  • 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Minced walnuts
  •     Grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. Water
