  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken (breasts and thighs)
  • 1 c. sliced onion
  • 1 c. sliced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash tomato basil garlic Blend
  • 1 x 14.5 ounce. can tomatoes minced, undrained
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 1 lb spaghetti cooked and liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add in chicken and cook over medium heat on both sides till lightly browned (about 5 min per side). Remove from pan. Add in onion, green pepper, celery and Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 min or possibly till vegetables are tender; stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and red wine. Return chicken to skillet and cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
