Receta Muddy Mud Cake

Ingredientes
- 250 gm butter
- 250 gm 'Energy' chocolate
- 1Â 1/2 c. warm water
- 100 gm castor sugar
- 80 gm brown sugar
- 20 ml brandy
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 185 gm self raising flour
- 3 Tbsp. Dutch cocoa
- 2 x Large eggs

- In a saucepan, heat the butter, then when liquid add in the minced chocolate, castor and brown sugars, brandy and warm water. Mix well with a whisk till the mix is smooth.
- Mix the flour and cocoa and add in to the chocolate mix with the Large eggs and vanilla. Beat just till combined.
- Pour into a greased 24cm. springform tin or possibly a similar sized square tin (well greased) and bake in a preheated oven at 150c. for 50 min. Allow to cold in the tin for 15 min then turn out.
- To serve, dust with icing sugar and serve hot with cream or possibly ice cream.
