Receta Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 c. minced nuts (pecans)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Miniature marshmallows
- Chocolate frosting
- FROSTING;
- 1-lb box confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. whole lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 stick butter
Direcciones
- Heat butter and cocoa together on low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and beaten large eggs; mix well. Add in flour, salt, nuts and vanilla; mix well.Spoon batter into a greased and lightly floured 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min. Sprinkle marshmallows on top of hot cake. Cover with chocolate frosting.
- Put together sugar, lowfat milk, cocoa and soft butter. Mix till smooth and spread on hot cake.
