- 1Â 1/4 c. white bread flour
- 1/4 c. wheat bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. seven-grain rolled cereal
- 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 1 Tbsp. oat bran
- 1 Tbsp. cracked wheat
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp fast rise or possibly machine yeast
- Â Â (or possibly 1 1/2 tspns active dry yeast)

- Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the Regular, Rapid, or possibly Delayed cycle.
- Hints: Any unsweetened multi-grain cereal should work in this bread. For accent and crunch, sprinkle a few oats on top after the final rise, just before baking.
