- 2 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Flour, soy
- 3/4 c. Wheat germ
- 3/4 c. Oats
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk, powdered
- 1/2 c. Seeds, sunflower
- 2 Tbsp. Gluten
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 x Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. Water, boiling
- 1/2 c. Wheat, bulgur
- 1/2 c. Millet
- 4 Tbsp. Syrup, corn
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
Direcciones
- Combine boiling water with bulgur wheat, millet, corn syrup, and oil. Cold to room temperature. Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Pour remaining ingredients into bakery, in order, then add in grain mix. Set
