Receta Mustardy Fried Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes
- 4 x Chicken breasts without skin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â ds Black pepper
- 1 x Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Mustard, prepared
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Bread crumbs
- 1 x Green pepper, seeded, sliced
Direcciones
- Preparation Time: 0:30Wipe chicken breasts with damp paper toweling. Sprinkle with the salt and black pepper.
- In a bowl, beat together egg and mustard. In separate bowl, combine parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, mixing well.
- Dip each chicken breast in egg mix. Then roll in cheese mix till proportionately coated. Lay chicken on waxed paper and allow coating to set for about 10 min.
- Saute/fry chicken on both sides in pan sprayed with cooking spray for 15 to 20 min or possibly till chicken in tender. Arrange on serving platter. Sprinkle with green pepper slices and garnish with parsley sprig, if you like.
