Receta My Baked Beans In Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Pea beans
- 1/2 lb Bacon
- 3/4 c. Onions, diced
- 1 x Green pepper
- 3/4 c. Celery, diced
- 28 ounce Tomato sauce
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/4 c. Light molasses
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
Direcciones
- Soak beans overnite. Cook soaked beans til tender. Chop vegetables. Simmer bacon, onion, pepper, and celery but do _not_ brown. Place all ingredients in a casserole or possibly bean crock and bake at 300 for 2-7 hrs til done.
