  • 2 lb Grnd beef
  • 2 lrg Onions -- chopped
  • 35 whl black peppercorns
  • 6 x Bay leaved
  • 4 sm Red peppers
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 x Garlic cloves -- whole
  • 6 ounce Tomato paste
  • 3 c. Water
  • 4 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1 tsp Worchestshire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Colby cheese -- shredded
  •     Pasta, cooked -- warm

Direcciones

  1. Brown grnd beef in skillet with onions. Drain fat. Place next 4 ingredients in a spice bag. Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese and pasta, in a large pot. Cook over low heat for 3-4 hrs. Do not forget to remove spice bag and whole garlic cloves. Serve over spaghetti or possibly some type of pasta, topped with shredded Colby cheese and additional minced onions if you like.
