Ingredientes
- 2 x Dishes white rice already cooked
- 100 gm Chicken cut and diced
- 100 gm Shrimps peeled and minced
- 4 x Meatballs, sliced
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 x Clove onion
- 2 x Cloves garlic chopped
- 1 x Red chilies minced
- 2 Tbsp. Tomatoes sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Pepper pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly veg. oil

- Nasi goreng is the one of the most popular food in Indonesia because it's very easy and very fast to make ! Usually, we make 'nasi goreng' for breakfast :)
- 1. In a wok, heat the veg. oil. Mix the garlic with the veg. oil till yellowish.
- 2. Add in chicken (and salt a little if you want to make chicken more tasty)and stir.
- 3. When the chicken is cooked, add in shrimp and red chiles.
- 4. Mix Large eggs about 10 seconds , add in to the wok and stir.
- 5. Add in white rice and all the other ingredients.
- 6. Reduce heat and stir fry till cooked.
- 7. Serve while it's still warm. Serving ideas serve with the sliced cucumber and chili sauce.
