Receta Nectarine Plum Kuchen

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Almond extract
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Nectarine, cut into thin slices
- 3 x Plums, cut into thin slices
- 1/4 c. Peach jam, melted
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease tart pan with removable bottom, 9x1". Beat margarine and brown sugar in large bowl. Stir in almond extract and egg.
- Stir in flour, baking pwdr and salt till well blended. Chill about 30 min or possibly till dough is easy to work with. Press dough on bottom and up side of tart pan. Arrange nectarine and plums on dough. Bake 30-35 min or possibly till edge is golden. Cold 10 min; remove side of pan.
- Brush jam over top.
