Receta Never Fail Yeast Rolls

Ingredientes
- 1 pt lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkt yeast
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soda
Direcciones
- Scald lowfat milk then add in shortening and sugar. Let cold.
- Dissolve yeast in water and add in to shortening mix. Add in sufficient flour to make a thick batter. Let rise.
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt and soda. Add in this to batter along with sufficient flour to make a soft dough.
- Place in greased bowl in refrigerator and cover.
- Make into rolls 1 1/2 hrs before serving. Let rise and brush with melted butter.
- Bake at 375 degrees till lightly brown.
