- 1 pkt yeast
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1Â 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 8 ounce maple syrup
- 1/4 lb butter
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in hot lowfat milk. Add in Large eggs, flour, sugar, oil, salt, and lowfat milk; mix well. Chill, covered, overnight.
- Bake in a warm waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Serve with maple syrup and butter.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Comments: For a thin and crisp waffle, add in more lowfat milk.
