Receta No Work Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. dry Navy, Great Northern, or possibly Yellow-Eye Beans, cooked (or possibly a 15-1/2-oz can,) liquid removed, rinsed, and mashed
- 1 lb lean grnd beef (or possibly turkey)
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs or possibly bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Mix all the ingredients together well. Put the mix in a bread pan, or possibly shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 45 min. Serve with cooked rice or possibly a baked potato). And remember, leftover meatloaf makes wonderful sandwiches cool or possibly warm.
