Receta Fruit And Nut Ginger Bread

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce Flour
- 6 ounce Margarine
- 6 ounce Soft brown sugar
- 6 ounce Sultanas (raisins)
- 2 ounce Minced almonds
- 4 Tbsp. Treacle (molasses)
- 2 Tbsp. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
- 2 x Large eggs
Direcciones
- 1. Sift flour with baking soda and spices. Cream margarine and sugar, add in treacle and mix well. Beat in Large eggs a little at a time with the flour mix, and add in buttermilk to create a soft consistency.
- Stir in fruit and nuts. Turn mix into a well greased and lined 2 pound loaf tin. Bake at 160C (320F, gas mark 3) for 75 min.
