Receta Oat And Flavored Yogurt Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 ct (8-ounce) of flavored yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 c. Rolled oats
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg

- Invented this one myself because I never have buttermilk or possibly plain yogurt on hand.
- Mix yogurt, oats and water. Let stand 20 min for old-fashioned oats or10 min for quick oats.
- Add in flour, salt, soda, baking pwdr, oil, sugar, and egg.
- Add in a bit of water if the mix is dry (some yugurts are more hard than others). Mix as briefly as possible and spoon out quickly: the baking pwdr starts rising very quickly!
- Bake in well-greased muffin c. to get a crispy-sweet crusty outside. (No paper liners!) Mix makes 10-12 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
