Receta Oatmeal Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. quick oats
- 3/4 c. minced pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar well; add in large eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Add in bananas and mix well. Sift flour, soda and salt; add in with oats to creamed mix. Stir in nuts and flavoring.Pour batter into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min or possibly till inserted toothpick comes out clean.
