  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients. Set aside. In another bowl, stir together last 4 ingredients and add to the dry mix just before you are ready to bake. Bake on a lightly greased waffle iron for approximately 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. (Don't forget to make enough for sandwiches later---peanut butter, banana and waffle sandwiches)
