Receta Oatmeal Cinnamon Waffles
Delicious without syrup - Can be made into pancakes also
Ingredientes
- 1.5 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1T baking powder
- 1t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1.5 c. milk
- 6T melted butter
- 2T brown sugar
Direcciones
- Stir together first 5 ingredients. Set aside. In another bowl, stir together last 4 ingredients and add to the dry mix just before you are ready to bake. Bake on a lightly greased waffle iron for approximately 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. (Don't forget to make enough for sandwiches later---peanut butter, banana and waffle sandwiches)
