Receta Old Fashioned Barbecued Sirloin

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1Â 1/4 tsp Fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 3/4 sm Onion, chopped
- 3Â 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, plus 1 tsp.
- 1Â 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1Â 1/4 lb Boneless top sirloin steaks, well trimmed
Direcciones
- Combine all marinade ingredients, then add in the sirloin and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium. Grill the sirloin, turning once, according to the following guidelines: 15-20 min for rare, 25-30 min for medium, or possibly 35-40 min for well done.
- Carve into thin slices to serve.
- NOTES :Prep: 10 minutes, Marinate: 8:00, Cook: 20 minutes.
