Receta Old Fashioned Rice Pudding Cp

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. half and half Or possibly lowfat milk scalded
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1Â 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2/3 c. golden brown raisins
- 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
Direcciones
- Grease stoneware of crockpot with butter or possibly margarine. Beat half & half, Large eggs, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer. Stir in rice and raisins. Pour into crockpot. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Cover and cook on high 30 min.
- Stir well. Turn to low and cook 2 to 3 hrs. If you like, stir in 1/2 c. each: crushed pineapple, slivered almonds and cream before serving.
